Yay-E-N-O-V-A Scotia
I can't think of a clever intro today, so I'm just gonna jump right in. Today, we drove from Saint John to Dartmouth, and stopped in the Fundy trail a couple times. Lots of walking was involved. I think my personal favorite part was the suspension bridge, tied with the rock beach that we visited. A suspension bridge, for those of you who don't know (yes, all three of you) is a bridge only suspended from the top. In other news, I tried my first Tim Horton's today. Oh, that reminds me. if any of you guys ever find yourself in this neck of the woods, go to a place called Sam's Seafood and Grill. I'm sure that the others have already told you about it, but it still bears mentioning. That's about all that happened today of note, so Im'ma sign off.

Word Clouds are Fun!
QotD: "Paranoid? Probably. But just because you're paranoid doesn't mean that there isn't an invisible demon about to eat your face" -Harry Dresden
Gee, guys, I'm sorry for the lack of updates since last year. See, at first it was an honest mistake, but then... I'll just show you the first half of my new video. There isn't any regularly scheduled programming because, wouldn't you know it, my game wouldn't record. like, at all. It just went kaput when I started it up. Another thing that has taken up my time, at least for the past twenty minutes or so, is word clouds. I copy-pasted every post in this blog an created this word cloud. Those of you who play Zelda games are going to love the results. Go to Wordle to create your own. For those of you who don't know, a word cloud is a compilation of the words that appear most often in a given block of text. Bigger number of appearances means bigger size word in the cloud. It's pretty fun to screw around with. Play around with it a bit, and post any amusing or otherwose interesting clouds in the comments section below. Thanks!

Videos! Wheeeee!
QotD: "It's time to fight like men! And women! And women who dress like men!" - Gilgamesh
Okay, to start, I'm going to completely ignore my loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong
hiatus, and act as if absolutely no time has passed. I would like to start by saying that if any of you haven't seen the Sherlock Holmes or Avatar movies, you need to go remedy that. Like, right now. I want you to actually, physically, get into your car, drive to the nearest place showing it, get tickets, and spend the ~5 hours necessary to watch them both. Go ahead, I'll wait.
Okay, now that you're back, I have several other videos to give to you. Sadly, none of them are mine. Sorry!
1st: Piano rendition of Clash on the Big Bridge: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CHfIyEGvPA4 The first link is to the original song, if you want to compare.
lastnd: What almost every YouTube video needs to have at least one of: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgCJyq9qQvA
Hope you enjoyed 'em! I'll probably(translation: hopefully) have a video up tomorrow. Ta ta!

*Gulp*
QotD: " You may as well be the dirt on the bottom of my boots! Or the dirt stuck to the bottom of that dirt!" - Kefka
I know that I haven't made a post in a while, but it's just so much fun procrastinating! That, and I'm in too much of a Christmas spirit to care right now. So, I'm just here to tell you that I am not, contrary to popular belief, dead. So, merry Chrismahannukwanzakus!
P.S. Anyone who can tell me who said this gets a cookie; "The arcana is the means by which all is revealed. There is both joy and wonder in coming to understand another." - ???

Tootle Pip!
QotD: "Remember this, kids, it is very important. Even if your mommy makes you a super hero costume, do not attempt to do any of these things, especially flying. Because you cannot do it. You do not have super powers. Because there is only one Super Grover. And that is me." - Grover
I was watching Deal or No Deal the other day, and I realized how much more exciting game shows could be if they gave away something other than cash prizes. to that end, I've constructed a list of possible non-cash prizes. Please note that they are not in any particular order
- Carmen Sandiego's day planner
- the Coca-Cola recipe
- A McDonalds dollar menu coupon
- The question of life, the universe, and everything
- One use time machine
- Solid Snake's voice
- Credit card debt
- William H. Taft's signature
- Water's chemical formula
- Ninja lessons
- A large rock
- a 70s lamp
- Tarzan's branch-sliding skills (1:40)
- A British accent
- Phil Collins' voice
- One free Google search
- Auron/Sephiroth/Meta Knight's sword (random)
- Abacus lessons
- Kefka Costume
All this and more could be yours if game show designers would see some sense! Also, I'm thinking of making my videos longer, and all of you out there who can't handle more than three minutes of video can watch them in a few segments. If anyone out there feels that there is something wrong with this, please stand now. Nobody? Good.

Things to Come
QotD: "... you were never even male to begin with?" - Other Naoto
Yes, I'm well aware that I haven't made a Knytt video in a while, and that you're all very angry at me for that. I'm also aware that I still haven't made one. Finally, I'm aware that I have another meh reason for this. I like procrastinating. So sue me. I'll bet that you procrastinate a lot too, reader. Do you want me to sue you? I'll sue the pants offa ya'! I've got an Ace Detective friend who doubles as a lawyer, and he has a very large collection of pants! And a barrel! You don't stand a chance, buddy. I'm sorry that the video doesn't have my b-e-a-utiful voice in it, but at least it has a voice in it. I am running out of things to say, so I'll direct you to a comic about my favorite non-Knytt game right now, Persona 4! Ta ta!
